Updating kaspersky offline
In the automatic mode, we're only getting the files that we need to update directly from the Kaspersky Labs servers.
Downloading the update manually results in a bigger download size and longer download time.
This will render your installed Kaspersky software useless and unable to run.
Your computer is left exposed to viruses, malicious programs, network attacks and what nots.

One thing I don’t like about Kaspersky product is after installing, it takes a very long time to fully update the program modules and bases files.
Currently if you do a fresh installation of the latest version of Kaspersky 22.214.171.1246, you’ll still need to download around 18MB.
As with most offline antivirus tools, Kaspersky Rescue Disk boots up Linux.
